2000
Tvains is founded: Tvains is founded by Mario Vainstein and Fanny Tepper, with the corporate purpose of providing translation services to the pharmaceutical sector.
2011
Colombian headquarters: In line with its expansion strategy, the company establishes itself in Colombia in 2011, the year in which it begins its exponential and sustained growth.
2012
ISO 9001 Certification Tvains began the process of implementing a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard and subsequently obtained certification for this standard from Bureau Veritas, gaining international accreditation from ONAC, UKAS, and ANAB.
2013 (I)
UNE Certification: Certification process in accordance with the UNE 15038:2006 standard on the provision of translation services, certified by TÜV Rheiland.
2013 (II)
ATA Membership: The company becomes a member of the American Translators Association (ATA) and implements the SDL Trados CAT tool.
2014
US headquarters: The company (Tvains International Corp.) establishes its new commercial office in Miami, United States.
2015
Mexico Headquarters: The company (VAINS) establishes its new commercial office in Mexico City. This allowed it to diversify its service portfolio and consolidate its position as a strategic ally on the continent.
2019
ISO 9001:2015 Certification: Tvains updates its Quality Management System process in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and obtains certification in this standard from Bureau Veritas, gaining international accreditation with ONAC, UKAS, and ANAB. This certification is renewed annually.
2020
CEO departure: Following the departure of founder and CEO Mario Vainstein in 2020, the company begins its administrative restructuring.
2021
New vision: Fanny Tepper, majority partner, takes over management and implements strategies that have brought a breath of fresh air to the organization from a modern, responsible, socially transparent, and profitable perspective.
2021
New line: The company launches a new line of business to meet the new needs of customers who already trust us: Design and Multimedia.
2023
Looking to the future: The emergence of artificial intelligence in various modern work tools has sparked our interest in working hand in hand with them. The best of the coordinated work between human talent and technology is also at Tvains.

Mission

Our parent company, TVAINS, based in Colombia, and our subsidiary, VAINS, based in Mexico, are dedicated to providing linguistic, graphic design, and multimedia services through strategic alliances with our clients, partners, and suppliers. These partnerships enable us to deliver timely, high-quality solutions as a socially responsible, transparent, and sustainable company.

By 2029, TVAINS and VAINS will be ranked among the top five linguistic services, graphic design, and multimedia companies in Latin America and will be recognized as industry leaders. This recognition will confirm their extensive track record and specialization in developing projects for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, legal, financial, academic, and publishing industries. They will maintain their presence in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and the United States while expanding into new markets in El Salvador, Costa Rica, Peru, Germany, Poland, and Singapore. 

TVAINS and VAINS will consolidate their position as a business holding company in emerging industries, occupying prominent positions within them. They will be supported by a highly committed and trained workforce and will foster reliable, long-term relationships with their clients.
